U Got Soft Served

Dear god I wish I remembered what this thing was called and who made it.  I got this at a street fest for Ryan.  I think the people with the booth were Portuguese.  Corn flour cookies, dulce de leche filling and rolled in coconut.  AMAZEEeeeeing. 

I just figured out it’s called an Alfajore.
