Carroll Gardens pizza.
Friday night I got to Caputo’s in time to get a frozen pizza crust. Then I forgot about it. Saturday morning I walked into the kitchen to a huge bag of risen dough. I had to bake it or it would have gone bad so I made Ryan a quick breakfast pizza with whatever was in the fridge before I ran out to my hair appt. Luckily, in this neighborhood “whatever we have in the fridge” usually means fresh mozz, grilled artichokes, Calabrese salami, pesto and tomatoes.
I just had a piece today for breaky and it is amazing! No need to make my own dough anymore, theirs is easy and cheap and perfect.
