Mmmm steak time. We don’t eat much red meat, especially at home. I went to Fareway yesterday with a coworker and stocked up on all kinds of meat, so steak it was! I also made mashed new potatoes, steamed broccoli and sautéed crimini mushrooms. I have presidents day off so it was a Nice relaxing night at home.
